PT AEP Nusantara Plantations (AEPNP) is an integrated palm oil plantation company operating in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The company was founded on December 10, 2007 under the initial name PT Sawit Graha Manunggal and has grown to become a significant plantation entity in Indonesia's palm oil industry.
As part of its commitment to enhance corporate governance, transparency, and capital structure, the company underwent a corporate transformation culminating in an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and a name change to PT AEP Nusantara Plantations on January 12, 2025. This change marked the company's transformation into a publicly listed entity.
AEPNP is part of the Anglo Eastern Plantation (AEP) Group, an international plantation group founded in 1985, headquartered in the United Kingdom, and listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Plantation operations are located in Barito Timur Regency, Central Kalimantan, covering six districts: Dusun Timur, Karusen Janang, Paku, Dusun Tengah, Paju Epat, and Pematang Karau.
The company manages integrated palm oil plantations through nucleus estates, partnership schemes, plasma plantations, and Village Plantation Gardens (Kebun Kas Desa).
Operates a palm oil mill with a capacity of 90 tons per hour, producing Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel.
